I have lived some time in India where I learnt yoga, and how to better connect body and mind, thinking positive and letting the energy come down into you.
Since then, I have been practicing different forms of yoga for myself, and started to share what I learnt with whomever interested.

Day 1: Amman Airport / Amman
Meeting and transfer to your hotel in Amman, for overnight stay.
Day 2: Amman / Dana / Wadi Rum Yoga session and, after breakfast, transfer to Wadi Rum. On the way, lunch in Dana with great views into Wadi Araba. Upon arrival in Wadi Rum, you can explore the area and see the sunset. Yoga and Dinner. Sleeping in a tent or under the stars. Camping.
Day 3: Wadi Rum Sunrise yoga session. Breakfast. Camel ride, and discover wadi rum by jeep tour. Yoga at sunset, and dinner. Sleeping in a tent or under the stars. Camping.
Day 4: Wadi Rum / Little Petra Yoga session, and after breakfast, transfer to Little Petra with great views over Petra mountains. Visit little Petra : a small yet impressive Wadi or valley offering an impression of things to come. Short walk to our lunch location. In the afternoon, walk to our private camp location for meditation. Yoga and dinner. Sleeping in a tent or under the stars. Camping.
Day 5: Little Petra / Petra Yoga session, and after breakfast, trek to Petra through the little known entrance to the Monastery. The walk starts with glowing land, then contours around the mountains with beautiful views to the Wadi Araba desert and finally leads to perhaps Petra’s most awe-inspiring monument, the Monastery. Stop for a picnic lunch and then continue to pass the colonnaded street and see the Royal Tombs. Yoga at sunset time, dinner and night in a Bedouin cave.
Day 6: Petra / King's highway / Dead Sea Yoga session and breakfast before driving along the King's highway, one of the oldest roads in Jordan, until we reach the Dead Sea dinner and overnight camping. Camping.
Day 7: Dead Sea / Mount Nebo / Madaba / Amman Breakfast. On the way, we will visit Mount Nebo, the site of Moses’ tomb. From there, Moses viewed the promised land in Canaan, and died there. He was buried in a nearby valley. Here are ruins from the 4th and 6th centuries, churches whose floors are still covered with marvelous mosaics. Afterwards to Madaba : this town has a long history, being first mentioned in the Bible and in the Mesha Stele when it was a Moabite town. Visit St. George orthodox Christian church with the mosaic Map of Jerusalem, Palestine, Jordan, Israel & Egypt. Madaba is famous as a land of mosaics! Continue to Amman for dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.
Day 8: Amman / Amman Airport After breakfast, transfer to Amman Airport for departure.
